You’ll find most of these homes in Hurghada itself, in neighbourhoods like El Helal and El Ahyaa. Others are down the coast in Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh and Soma Bay.

If you’re buying from abroad, you can own property here, freehold in most areas, and we’ll guide you through the purchase and the registration, with remote support if you can’t be in Hurghada.
