Scope of Work and current activities

 

Property, Exclusive Marketing and Sales Rights:

Sunny Hills Golf and SPA Residential project in Sahl Hasheesh. The land of 30.000 sq.m beside Azure. We are part of the developer's team.

Solymar apartments at Magawish, Hurghada. Sold out. The compound has two buildings three floors each, surrounding a swimming pool with a children’s section.

Premier apartments at El Kawthar, Hurghada. Completed in May 2017. Sold out. The buidling has five floors, the first three including basement for commercial use, the other three for residential use.  

Falcon Residence at Intercontinental, Hurghada. Completed in 2012. Commercial area is 120 sq.m. The total of  ten apartments, 90% of which are sold out and the rest, rented out.

Next projects to be implemented in the near future:

Project at El Ahyaa, close to El Gouna. Has a private beach, 8 duplexes, 4 apartments, 2 penthouses and a swimming pool.

Selling Projects:

Florenza Khamsin. Red Sea Residence. Over 1000 luxurious residential units with a 5-star hotel (under construction) in front of the building.

Orbit Company. The project in Sahl Hashish (300 apartments and studios, 48 semi-detached villas): Ocean Breeze, Sun Gate, Andalusia, Palm Beach. The project at the Promenade, Sahl Hasheesh (120.000 sq.m):  Samra Bay Marina and SPA Resort. The project at El Kawthar, Hurghada: Sara’s Residence (50 apartments).
