Malaki Club will go beyond the common projects. The Developer offers its buyers to sign the 8-year rental agreement with a rental return starting from 6% per annum, in addition, this proposal is confirmed by bank guarantee for the first 2 years of lease agreement. In case of such an agreement personal use is allowed for 3 weeks per year.
