-65% over four years with the following payment options:
-The delivery of phase one within 24 months from the signing date of the contract, in case the unit is ready earlier, the client can receive it in condition to pass 50% of the unit amount price.
-30% up to 35% annual appreciation for the upcoming 5 years.
